Killer John White set free without warning

Governor Paterson does it again. Is this guy showing his racist roots or what? John White, an African American  fatally shot 17 yr old Daniel Cicciaro jr, a Caucasian in the face back in August 2006. On Sept he was charged with second- degree manslaughter and a weapons possession. In December of 2007 he was convicted and in March 2008 was sentenced to 2 to 4 years in prison. Governor Paterson decided yesterday, December 23,2010 that he wanted to let John White go free. He overturned the judges' decision and released the man without warning the Cicciaro's or anyone else for that matter. Murderer John White on the left, Racist Gov. Paterson on the right Why is it that if something like this happens to an African American Al Sharpton is all over the news? Protests are done and people lose their jobs. Why is it that it just seems like African Americans are the only race that is protected and all others see no justice? Does Governor Paterson know John White? Are they related? In an past incident we all know Governor Paterson had stuck his neck out and covered the tracks of a criminal friend which was also African American. When will we see that he is nothing more than a racist in power and is taking advantage and abusing his position to look out for blacks but you never see him do something like this for a Caucasian. My heart goes out to the Cicciaro family especially with the holidays right around the corner. Not only did they have to deal with the loss of their child but now the killer walks right out of prison all because he has the right color skin and they get punished and see no justice because now they are the ones with the wrong skin tone. May Daniel Cacciaro rest in peace and his memory never be forgotten. I also hope that someone somewhere out there can do something about this injustice and send John White back to prison where he belongs. Lets see if Governor Paterson cares about the safety of New Yorkers and realizes he made a mistake or if he will let this killer walk among us never paying for the crime he has committed.
